Agreement records

Acceptance is an affirmative electronic record tied to the authenticated user, company where applicable, document versions, time, request identifier, and hashed network/device evidence. Passwords, raw IP addresses and business records are not included.

Signed agreements

If Zertical Private Limited and a customer sign a separate agreement, Data Processing Addendum or order form, that signed document prevails to the extent of a conflict.
